  6. Upon receiving an application form, the applicant will be notified of the next steps in the process.
  7. Applicants may be invited to attend a written test, an interview, or both, depending on the course and level applied for.
  8. Admission assessments aim to determine each applicant’s academic standard in Qur’an, Arabic, Islamic Studies, and British National Curriculum subjects, as well as to assess behaviour, commitment, and financial capacity.

  10. Successful applicants will receive an Offer Letter outlining the course details, fee structure, and documentation requirements.
  11. Applicants may choose to accept or decline the offer made by the Academy.

  13. If a candidate later decides to withdraw, both admission and tuition fees are non-refundable.
  14. Requests to change or defer courses may incur an administrative fee.
  15. Once a place is accepted, it does not guarantee a place in future academic years.
